Milk chocolate buttons

Chocolate callets (little chocolate buttons to you and me). This is the basic building block of all our handmade chocolate products -The shiny and beautiful (Tempering) end product starts here.

When we are making our chocolates these peanut sized Belgian Chocolate callets form the basis of both the centres and the coating (enrobing). Sadly my husband keeps eating them, he says he cant stop himself and that it must be a medical condition. We thought that it might be one illness that you might want to share with us.

They come in 200g bags and are ideal for kids, scoffing whilst watching the telly or just whenever you want an instant chocolate buzz.
