Single origin dark chocolate buttons

The cocoa bean used to make this chocolate comes from Ecuador and the chocolate itself has 70% cocoa content. The dark intense flavour of the chocolate gives way to a lingering tropical, coconuty, mangoey aftertaste. I know this sounds a bit like ‘wine snobbery’ but it really does which is why we like it. We have tried many single origin chocolates and this dark is the one we like the best.
