Ecuador Single Origin

The cocoa bean used to make this chocolate comes from Ecuador and the chocolate itself has 71% cocoa content. The dark intense flavour of the chocolate gives way to a lingering tropical coconut and mango aftertaste. I know this sounds a bit like ‘wine snobbery’ but it really does which is why we like it. We have tried many single origin chocolates and this dark is the one we like the best.
