The cocoa bean used in this chocolate comes from Ecuador (a different bean from the one used in our Single Origin dark chocolate buttons, therefore giving a different taste). Anyway here goes with the snobby bit – It has 70% cocoa content and is soft, aromatic and delicate on the palette with a floral hint and earthy finish! Wow! How can that description fail to impress. Notwithstanding (just love that word) all of that, we can assure you it tastes great.
