It's never too early to order for Mother's Day we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please specify your preferred delivery date on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. All orders are sent by first class Royal Mail or by overnight courier. If your order is worth £30 or more it will be sent by overnight courier.

The charges, per delivery address, for the U.K. and Channel Islands are as follows:

Order up to £10 - £3.65
Up to £20 - £4.95
Up to £30 - £6.65
Up to £40 - £7.95
Over £40 - £10.95

For the EEC £6.95 is added to the U.K. prices

Rest of the world add £11.95.

Each delivery address requires a separate charge. For large corporate and wedding orders, to avoid disappointment, please order at least three weeks in advance. There is always the possibility that we can have your order to you sooner than that, please contact us for details.

Please Note : When we are mailing overseas we always send the chocolates by an international signed for delivery service that can be tracked if required by the customer. On rare occasions these deliveries can, for a variety of reasons, go astray particularly when mailing outside of the EU.

Hot Chocolates Ltd cannot be held responsible for the loss of these items and in the unlikely event of  a package going astray a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be made to the customer.

Online Payments

Please note that all online purchases now require an additional level of security where you are using a Master or Visa card. This is a mandatory requirement giving you greater peace of mind. This is to eliminate fraudulent use of cards and to make online purchasing even more secure. Once you have entered your card details including the security number on the back of your card you will be required to input a separate password known only to yourself. If you have n't already registered for this service with your bank you will be required to do so. We hope this will not prevent you from ordering, whilst it is a hassle having to register, in the long run we will all reap the benefits.
