Summer Time and the Chocolate is Easy

It may not be 1976 - for those of us who remember that most wonderful of summers - but even I have to admit that the weather in Edinburgh has not been too bad so far! One thing I do remember about 1976 is the most wonderful chocolate mousse discovered in the freezer section of the local farm shop where we were staying on holiday. I have not ventured into the world of mousse development just yet but our Spanish Hot Chocolate drunk cold is as good as any mousse. All of our chocolate buttons can be used to make beautiful, smooth, rich hot chocolate, drunk hot or cold it is absolutely delicious, including our Organic Fairtrade chocolates featured below. You can download our Spanish hot chocolate recipe and adapt it to suit your taste. To make cold chocolate just follow the recipe as explained and then rapidly cool the pan in a bowl of cold water, making sure to stir all the time to keep the consistency smooth and skin free, you will not be disappointed!
